I
think that this month is for the band that comes from Germany,
i am saying that because another band from this country sends
to us their latest work with the title "Welcome to
Annexia". In this release Unsoul includes
five tracks. Unsoul is a band that exists since the
summer of 2002 and they have already released last year their
first EP and now one year later it was the time for their
next step, another EP. Because i haven't heard the first release
i can't say how they sound before but for now i can say that
Unsoul will take your scalp. The band combines death
metal with progressive metal elements and finally keyboards
that gives another atmosphere in the whole project from them.
The vocals some times are really guttural and with a lot of
growls and some times just typical death metal ones but i
think the main advantage for Unsoul is their music
arrangements and their compositions which are simply great
and well worked. From the first time that you will hear their
stuff you will see that this band has work a lot for their
songs and they have put many interesting ideas inside their
songs. Last but not least, we have a massive production and
a very good sound which makes the whole project even better
and you are free to hear it clearly and to enjoy all the songs.
