The
band formed back in 2002 and after three years and some line
up changes their achieve to release their debut self financed
mini CD with five tracks. "Life Time" recorded
and released it last year in Mojo-Pin sound studio.
Triskell comes from Italy and musically they walks
in melodic metal paths with some heavy metal elements but
bassically their music is based upon the guitars. Fabio
and Mauro, the guitar players from Triskell,
had made a very good work with interesting guitar solos and
very clever guitar riffs. Also spotted in the whole EP you
can hear some keyboards additions, personally i believe they
could add more keyboards. Their compositions are well worked
and the band have used also their personal sound inside their
songs. Of course always you can do a better work but i believe
the guys did their best so far. Another info is that their
band doesn't have easy listening songs, even if they play
melodic metal, their compositions are complicated and you
will need more than one time to understand the meaning from
Triskell. A little bit more complicated tracks and
i think they will reach the progressive metal or just they
want to be a progressive band? Only the future will tell us.
