Time Symmetry is a Spanish band that formed back in 2002 and after a mini-CD one year later they decided to work two years for their debut self financed album "Fate in Gray".

In this album we will find nine tracks and more than fifty minutes of pure progressive metal music. The band decided to write lyrics that can touch every person. For example we can find a song dedicated to the victims of March 11th in Madrid or a trilogy about Oscar Wilde's "The Picture of Dorian Gray".

Generally the band had worked really hard for most of their compositions but also they have included some very impressive ideas inside their songs and all the members of Time Symmetry did their best for this album.

From the very interesting guitar solos and riffs to the perfect rhythm section and finally to the singer who did a great work with his theatrical way to sing the lyrics. I don't know if Time Symmetry is the answer from Europe to Symphony X, but I am sure we will hear this name again very soon.

SCORE out of 8.5/10 Antonis Maglaras
