This
isn't a new release, "Dharmakaya" was released
two years ago and The SteepWater Band offer to us their
own vision of rock music. The band comes from United States
and in this album they included twelve tracks of hard rock
in the vein of Deep Purple, Thunder
and Bad Company. Their compositions are well
worked with interesting ideas and with a lot of blues and
groovy elements inside their music. If you hear more times
the music from SteepWater band, you will see that they
have the ability to become a classic rock band and i am sure
all the fans of 70's classic rock and generally rock music
will adore the stuff from them. Don't forget that "Dharmakaya"
is their fourth album so far and if i am not mistaken now
the band prepares their next rock attack. All in all, this
release from SteepWater band is neither excellent nor
bad album; it is an average one but with the abilities to
become something really good.
