and more bands from United States make a lot of experiments
with their music and they don't just be another copycat of
a well known band. Portal is the name of the band and
"Element" is the title for their latest album
which includes six tracks, one live song and four remixes.
Musically the band walks in the progressive rock / metal with
a lot of melodies and of course well worked compositions with
interesting ideas inside them. The singer of Portal
has a great, melodic and emotional voice which took the whole
music to another level. Of course the rest of the band did
their best for this album and if you want to have a small
picture of their stuff imagine a combination of Nine
Inch Nails and Tool. Even if i am not
the biggest fan of this kind of music, i always appreciate
the bands that give more than their 100% in their music and
i am sure that Portal give their heart for this album
and you can feel it while you hear their album. I am sure
that this band will have a great fan base if the radio stations
support their album.
