The
package from Plaster actually arrived as a surprise
to me. These guys come from United States and this is their
latest demo CD which includes five songs. When i first heard
their songs i was a little bit confused. These guys have a
lot of influences and you can hear it from their beginning.
Basically their music has a lot of rock elements but they
have put also some alternative elements and some punk too.
Their compositions are well worked with interesting moments
and also their song structure is remarkable. Imagine a mix
of influences from Motorhead, Neurosis,
Black Label Society and Deftones
to name few, with the personal sound of Plaster and
then you will have the music from them. Plaster wasn't
afraid to experiment with their music and they included various
influences... and finally we have this very good result. If
you like this kind of music i think Plaster will be
a band to add to your collection, give them a chance and listen
to their music.
