Neron
comes from the Czech Republic and a few months back they released
their newest work with the title "The Black Light
of New Days". These young guys included nine tracks,
one of which is a cover of the Black Sabbath
title track. As you can see from the line up the band hasn't
a drummer so they recorded this album with a drum machine.
So what you want to expect from these young guys is a pure
black metal holocaust. The band has some really interesting
compositions with some elements from the sound of Satyricon
and Dodheimsgard. Their lyrics are written in
English, German and in the Czech mother tongue. I will say
that i am not the biggest fan in the world of black metal
but i want to hear a lot of melodies. All in all the fans
of black metal will find some interesting things in the music
of Neron and i can say that if they will continue to
work hard and find a real drummer then i am sure that we will
hear better music from this band. I will wait for their next
step and hope it will be more mature and more unique.
