Mother
Misery comes from Sweden and a few weeks back they released
their latest EP through DareDevil Records. The band
included five tracks and almost twenty minutes of pure stoner
rock music directions. From the opening track, "My
Soul", the band gives us a straight picture of what
we will hear in the rest of this EP.
Definitely
the fans of Monster Magnet, will adore the stuff
from Mother Misery, but while the band had a lot of
influences from these guys, they have also include some personal
touches in the whole EP. Their compositions are well worked
with some interesting things inside them but above all, here
you can have some stoner rock stuff.
Pure
and dirt stoner rock as it must be this kind of music. Personally
i want to hear more the personal approach of Mother Misery
to their next step and i am sure they will have some very
good future. Long live rock music. Long live stoner rock.
