Food
for Thought is a band, who basically released an album
with nineteen songs from Iron Maiden covered
in a unique way. The guys choose these songs and they make
some really interesting covers. They didn't just play the
songs as Iron Maiden, they change a little bit
or they put some other instruments just to make more interesting
the very successful tracks. Of course the songs remain Iron
Maiden songs, but have you heard the track "Be quick
or be dead" with female vocals? Or have you heard
the singer from Entombed to be part in "The
Trooper"? I found very interesting the idea of Mattias
and Henrik and i hope more and more people will know
about this project. Also i have heard that we will have another
band that will cover Iron Maiden tracks with
only piano. Very interesting things will come. My favorite
tracks from this album are: The trooper and Seventh
son of a seventh son.
