Two
years ago i receive the debut demo from Fahrenheit
a band that comes from Mexico. Actually i know only one more
band from this country so i was really curious what i will
hear. Anyway after three years and before some days Fahrenheit
released their next step, a CD with nine tracks and the title
"Uncharted Dreams". Again this release is
a self financed one and i must congratulate the guys who did
a great dig pack edition with a very good booklet. I think
this is the time to go for the music section of Fahrenheit.
The band walks in the progressive metal paths and they did
it in the best way. First of all we have the great atmosphere
by the keyboards from Carlos Flores who did his best
in order the whole album to have this very good atmosphere.
After that Alejandro who is responsible for the guitar
work had done a very nice work with interesting guitar riffs
and guitar solos. Also their compositions are well worked
with a very powerful and tighter band, it is for sure that
they have work hard in order to bring this album to us but
i think they should had pay more attention to the production
and mostly to the sound, i think even if their compositions
are really good, you must pay a lot of attention due to the
sound which isn't so good. I am sure if they had better results
in these two sections then for sure a lot of people will talk
for these guys. If you like progressive metal then please
support them and you won't regret it.
