Desperado
is a super group that formed back in 1989 and after a year
recorded their debut album "Ace" but due
to some decisions from "above", this album will
be released next month from Angel Air Records.
I
said super group right? Just see the line up: we have Dee
Snider (Twisted Sister) behind the microphone,
Clive Burr Iron Maiden's lengedary drummer,
Bernie Torme guitarist with Gillan, Atomic
Rooster and Ozzy Osbourne, last but
not least the young, back then Marc Russell as the
bass player.
So
with this line up you can't expect anything less than a quality
album full of great ideas of heavy metal. Their well developed
compositions and the energy they give to us will remind you
of the glorious days back in the 80's.
Sometimes
is really shame that some executive decisions restrict the
artists and to have to wait seventeen years in order to hear
this diamond, it's really been many years of waiting and patience.
At
least Angel Air Records give us the opportunity to
hear the music and to see when some well known and very good
musicians gather together they can make some really impressive
songs.
