Crooked
Hook isn't just another power trio from the United States.
Let's start from the beginning. The band released their latest
EP with the title "The Crooked Hook" a few
weeks ago through Safety Meeting Records.
In
this CD they included five tracks and almost half an hour
of pure garage rock with some psychedelic elements too. From
the opening track the band gives us a clear picture of what
we will have the chance to feel and hear in the next thirty
minutes.
The
band wrote several tracks with four and six minute durations
but don't be alarmed, the time flies by over the thirty minutes
until you reach "Slow Sun" which is the closing
track from this EP. You can tell they worked very hard on
their compositions.
The
main advantage of Crooked Hook was that their music
wasn't boring; at least in my ears. I believe that the band
can have fans from the entire rock scene. Just give Crooked
Hook a chance and the won't disappoint you.
