Progressive
music is a huge genre and you can fit a lot of bands there.
Bumblefoot comes from United States and "Normal"
is their latest album which was released a few weeks ago through
Bald Freak Music. "Normal" also is the
first album that i have the chance to hear from Bumblefoot
and believe me the word "weird" will be a lot of
times in your mind. We can say that generally the band walks
in the progressive rock paths. They have made a step forward
from the progressive music and have reached the experimental
stage, which allows more freedom to make their compositions
as they want to. Their music has become "weird"
to some or "strange" and "insane". But
i believe that Bumblefoot are just genius. Maybe in
the first song you won't understand the meaning from them
but in the second one to be a perfect prog rock one and again
the same thing. I am sure that the best description is to
characterize the musicians as free ones and they don't have
a line in order to write their compositions. Free music for
everyone. Just have an open mind, a clear mind and you will
be full of the music from Bumblefoot.
