After
four demos CDs and one EP Blind Stare released their
debut album last May through Arise Records. The title
of their first album is "Symphony of Delusions"
and they have included ten tracks and about forty two minutes
of pure melodic death metal.
The
first impression that i had from the opening track was the
fact that the band hadn't work a lot in their production and
the sound. Personally i wanted a better sound in order to
be easier to the listener to feel and understand all the things
that the band gives us through their album.
Blind
Stare offer us some really impressive and well worked
compositions with very interesting ideas and of course the
combination of the extreme parts of death metal and the melodic
tunes and the dual vocals too.
Even
if this is the debut album from Blind Stare, they have
included some songs that stick in your mind and i am sure
in their next step the band will be more mature and have enough
good songs too.
